 Black Friday Deals
« Thread Started on Nov 5, 2009, 3:16pm »

Here's a few big ticket items: Kmart's offering a free copy of Halo 3: ODST with the purchase of every Xbox 360 Elite, and both stores are cutting prices on a ton of big-ticket games (L4D2, Dragon Age, Brutal Legend) by $20. November 27 is going to be a long, long day, friends.

This deal is before Black Friday. November 7th I believe. Wal-Mart is going to be releasing deals before the Black Friday to try and push up sales. So keep an eye out.

Free Lego Rockband with $20 purchase @ Old Navy
I also seen you get a free guitar with the purchase of Rock Band 2 game. However, I didn't know Old Navy sold games ?

Well, kinda there is a deal. If you buy the 360 you get a $100 gift card and you could use it towards a PS3. So it would be $100 off. You just have to justify buying another 360 though. Have a kid old enough to have his own yet ? Maybe a brother or somebody else you could buy it for, for Christmas ? Hell buy the 360 and keep it unopened and keep the receipt, get your gift card then take the 360 back for a swap later on. Like maybe after Christmas, say you got it as a gift and bam, free $100 off PS3! :)

Also, since there is no Kmart near me, will this also apply to buying the games online??? Just curious.

You don't even have a sears near you? Kmart owns sears now, so their deals on games should be the same, at least they are in that advertisement.

I think there is a Sears in Brooklyn. I remember seeing ads in the paper. But again I am not sure. NYC doesn;t really have any malls or any of those big chain stores you find every where else.
